These terms are an agreement between you and Crack'd. By using the app you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.

Who can play

You must be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for your account and anything sent from it.

Play nice

Attacks are meant to be funny, not harmful. Don't send content that:

• is sexual or contains nudity;
• bullies, harasses, threatens or humiliates someone;
• involves or targets anyone under 16;
• shows or encourages violence, self-harm or dangerous stunts;
• is spam, a scam, or infringes someone else's rights.

You can report and block anyone. We review reports and may hide content, pause or close accounts that break these rules. Several reports, or any report of an under-16 user, pauses an account until we review it.

Your content

You own what you record. You give us permission to store attack videos and deliver them to the people you choose, only for as long as needed (up to 24 hours). Clips you share outside the app are yours to share — only share clips of people who are okay with it.

Scores and fair play

Points, streaks, leaderboards and tournaments are calculated by our servers. Don't tamper with the app, cover the camera, or try to fake results; we can void duels that look manipulated.

Crack'd+

• Crack'd+ is an auto-renewing subscription: $29.99/year or $4.99/month (or local equivalent), billed through your Apple ID.
• New subscribers may get a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and renews automatically.
• Cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Availability

We work hard to keep things running, but the app is provided as-is and may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Ending things

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
